Food Photography & Storytelling | Rachel Korinek
Join food photographer, Rachel Korinek, for an interactive workshop to learn how to photograph and communicate stories with your food.
We’ll explore still life essentials for telling stories with food, covering the basics of setup, working with natural light at home, and styling. Rachel will share the equipment she recommends, including ideas for shaping light using gear you have around the house. She’ll discuss some of her favourite images and highlight the lens used, settings, composition techniques, and story breakdown.
Rachel will also share some easy at-home activities to improve your photos with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Leave this online session feeling inspired to start curating a prop collection, selecting food to photograph and sourcing gear that’s readily accessible to you.
